Using bijli Terms & Conditions

General Terms
By accessing the bijli platform or creating an account, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms are drawn up in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh and are binding on all registered members. Users must be 18 years of age or older and must be residing in Bangladesh. bijli reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please stop using the platform.
Account Registration & Responsibility
To become a member, you must register with accurate and complete information. Each individual may open only one account; creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account cancellation. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential, and you are solely responsible for all activity on your account. If you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. bijli reserves the right to cancel any account opened with false information and forfeit the associated balance.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions
All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposited funds will be credited to your account once confirmed, and withdrawal requests will be processed after verification. bijli may suspend any suspicious transaction or request additional verification. If evidence of money laundering or fraudulent activity is found, the account will be immediately closed and the relevant authorities will be notified. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are set according to the information displayed on the bijli website.
Prohibited Activities
Any form of fraud, manipulation, or use of bots on the platform is strictly prohibited. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts or exploiting system vulnerabilities will be treated as a punishable offense. bijli software or services may not be modified, reverse engineered, or misused. Any attempt to claim bonus or promotional benefits from multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all associated accounts. Any violation of these rules may result in permanent bans as well as legal action.
Limitation of Liability
The bijli platform is provided on an "as is" basis and no guarantee of uninterrupted service is given. bijli is not liable for losses arising from technical issues, errors by third-party payment providers, or unforeseen circumstances. Users place bets at their own discretion and bijli will not be held responsible for any financial losses. All claims for compensation are limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
